How do I schedule an in-person or virtual tour?
Call, walk-in or anyone home.
How do I apply for an apartment? What are the application requirements and fees?
All applications must be done in person we 1st income qualify the applicant you must have 3months worh of income to verify application fee $60.91 per applicant.
Is parking available for residents and guests?
yes multiple 72 hour spaces.
What utilities are included, and which are the resident's responsibility?
Water, garbage, sewer covered by property, Tenant pays own pg&e
Is the community gated or secured?
Not gated we do have security.
What schools serve the community?
James Monroe Elementary School, Washington Manor Middle School, St. Felicitas Catholic School, Arroyo High School, San Leandro High School.
What public transportation, highways, and commuter options are nearby?
Bart, busses, Interstate 880 (Nimitz Freeway),Interstate 238,Interstate 580 (Eastshore Freeway / MacArthur Freeway),Hesperian Boulevard, Lewelling Boulevard.

Targets, safeway, food maxx, luckys, century theartes, lots of parks, sanl eandro marina.

no trails close, Stenzel Park, Halcyon Park, Washington Manor Park, Marina Park, Oyster Bay Regional Shoreline.
What makes this apartment community unique compared to other apartments in the area?
we offer a daycare on-site for residents who qualify, as well as a after school program community garden and frequent resident events.
